Earlier today, our infrastructure failed to scale as expected during a routine scale-up window. This resulted in intermittent connectivity issues for some users, including the inability to access their accounts.
As soon as the issue was detected, our engineering team began investigating and quickly identified a bottleneck within our infrastructure. Service availability was restored shortly thereafter.
